After 19 months, Valen Hsu released her newest album My Love Journey 1km or Ai Lu Xing Yi Gong Li. This time, she invited her friend Josh to produced this album with her.
The anticipated 2009 release My Love Journey 1km offers 10 urban love stories in 10 songs that make the best use out of Valen's soft and pure voice.
Major picks include the Xiaohan-penned "Leave Once There is Love", the light rock duet "Together With You" by indie band 1976's vocalist Chen Ray Kai, "One Kilometer" by Kenji Wu, "The Other Half" written by the golden songwriting duo of Chen Hsiao Hsia and Daryl Yao, and "My Dear, You Spoiled Me", where Valen herself plays the piano.
