Taiwan rock singer Yang Pei An has won the nicknames "Iron Lung Prince" and "God of Tenors" since the release of his first Mando-pop album when he moved from Kaohsiung to Taipei in 2006. His latest release in a year and a half, this EP includes five ballads from the rocker, four of which are selected as theme songs for TV dramas. His duet with Fu Qiong Yin called "With You There is Tomorrow" is used as Condor Hero's ending theme. "Left Side Right Side" is the main theme of Mainland drama Notice of Missing Person, while "To Forget You I Would Rather Lose You" is the theme song for the Mainland-Taiwan co-production Ai Zai Ri Yue Tan. There is also Yang Pei An's duet with Liu Hong Ling, "The Story is Not Finished", which can be heard in Jerry Yan's idol drama Starlit.

好的Rocker，绝对是宜动宜静，左右开弓的。
对自己的歌艺与曲风，始终有更大版图看法的培安，不可能满足于现况。他要更大步地往前走，他想更狂野地振翅高飞。所以，这张EP是否会成为他抒情歌的告别作，没有人敢说。只是，这次以后，要再听他唱这么深情款款的歌，真的得看机缘了。

我唱歌会有自己一个画面，不管唱什么歌，即便是自己本来没有太多感觉的歌，也还是会构造一个属于自己对这些歌的画面，这样我才敢唱。希望每次演唱，让别人听到的不是只有高音与技巧，而是声音里的情感与历练，毕竟我比年轻歌手多的就是生活历练与生命沧桑。希望听歌这件事，能重回真正“听”音乐的年代，藉由歌声，让每个听歌的人拥有属于听者自己的画面，让彼此不认识的我们，透过音乐与歌声，有心灵上的交流。
